There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of completing a project and stepping back to admire your work. Go ahead, grab your beverage of choice and admire your handy work! But, even the best DIYer needs a plan to follow. That’s where Texas Land Design comes in. We would love to design a landscape for you. We know all about soils, proper plants for your area, hardscapes, water features, and lighting. Basically, for the DIYer, our drawing becomes your project blueprint. By utilizing our Landscape plan, you can wow your friends and neighbors with your professionally designed DIY landscape!
You are in no hurry
Time is on your side. You are already thinking about new landscaping, but you like to come up with a plan and let it marinate for a while, perhaps months or longer. We can help with that. We can visit with you about your dream landscape and then provide you with a beautiful landscape drawing. Then, you just sit back and let it start marinating. With time, you might find some changes you would like to make, or maybe not. No worries, time is on your side!
Design is important to you
Most landscapers aren't designers. They are construction guys. You desire a Landscape designer that can envision and create a landscape that begs you to go outside and interact with it. A plan that is inspired, creative, and one of a kind. A great landscape starts with a great design! That is where Texas Land Design can help. By utilizing our landscape design option, you are tapping into one of our greatest outlets, creativity.

Step 1
Completely fill out the contact us form.
Step 2
We will reach out to you in 1-2 business days. A 30-45 minute on site consultation will be booked on the calendar. We do charge for consultations. $100 gets you nearly 25 years worth of experience. That’s a deal!
Step 3
At the consultation, we listen and then begin to share design ideas.
Step 4
We draw! This normally takes about 1-2 weeks. Speed is not our goal; creativity is!
Step 5
In person presentation. We will personally walk you through the design and answer any questions.
Step 6
A couple of popular design options are meeting us at the private wholesale nursery we use for plants and also the rock yards we trust. It is always helpful to see things in person.
Step 7
After a design is finalized and paid for, it’s yours! You are now free to get your DIY on, or maybe let the design marinate until you are ready.

This nursery is closed to the public, but we can meet you there and hop on a golf cart and explore 60 acres of plants and material. This is a tremendous way to see 60 acres of trees, shrubs, decorative grasses, perennials, annuals, groundcovers, soils, mulches and more.

We love boulders, river rock and decorative gravel! Because there are so many varieties, it can be helpful to see them in person and in large quantities versus a small zip lock bag of samples. We would love to meet you at the rock yard and show you the pros and cons of all the options.
